Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (as specified on the site).

Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Additional charges for re-shipment due to customer error will be borne by the customer.

Return Policy – No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of personal care, hygiene, and Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or perceived ineffectiveness.

Exception – Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund (at our discretion).

How to report an issue: Email care@marathmolasaaj.com with your order number and images. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Products with broken seals, used items, or those not in original condition.
