3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or natural events.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
